This roaster is a heavy duty pan that doesn't disappoint. I have used it in the oven and in my smoker on hams, turkeys, pork butt etc.25lb turkey...no problem. It didn't even flex it. I had a cheap roaster before this one that was too small and it ended up making a mess in the oven because it didn't contain the whole bird. Foil pans were my go to for the smoker and its always sketchy moving them around when they are full of meat and juices.The rack is heavy duty and keeps the meat suspended up out of the juices nicely. Cover the pan and you still get the moisture and steam effect but without the bottom of the meat being all soggy.I specifically looked at this pan because it has no coating...I can shred meat or make pan gravy right in the roaster. Non stick pans end up with scratches and eventually the coating fails and ends up in the food. It doesn't clean up as easily as a non stick...but I don't have to handle it with kid gloves either. Chainmail scrubber for any heavy bits and scotchbrite pads for the rest and it cleans up just fine.They are proud of these, but I can honestly say I think it will last a lifetime. One less thing to worry about on holiday meal days and no more disposable foil pans on the smoker make it totally worth it.My Granddaughter loves this , bought for Bride GiftI gave this to my daughter for their anniversary. She made a ham in it for Easter, she loved the size,the very sturdy rack, and the handles. It. Was a hit.Worked perfectly for our holiday ham and prime ribs. What's a little disappointed as I thought the metal of the pan would be a little thicker / heavyweight, but honestly, it worked just fine. Totally recommend this pan and rack!After several non stick roasting pans that peeled almost immediately, this was the one I went for. It has a beautiful and sustainable shine, very well made and cleans up beautifully.I am a huge All Clad fan and have a whole collection of their cookware. Of course when I saw this roaster discounted I rushed to purchase it. I wish I read the reviews first. This is a basic stainless steel roaster and not the aluminum/stainless (tri-ply) premium material All Clad is known for. I’m sure it works fine. However, I can get a stainless steel roaster for less than half what I purchased this roaster for. I returned it and cannot recommend this product.Would easily hold a 20-pound turkey. It was sturdy, easy to clean, very well-built. Really happy with this roasting pan.I don't care where it's made. It's a beautiful sturdy roaster that's easy to clean, easy to care for, does a wonderful job, and looks totally amazing! Amazon saved our backside this Thanksgiving with their quick delivery and quality item. Our pre-existing roasting pan wasn't fit to serve a formal dinner but this did not disappoint! Our guests were in awe when we brought out our perfectly cooked bird in a beautiful and perfect roaster. Don't be afraid to pull the trigger on this purchase as it will please even the most discerning!The discribtion said Durable three-ply construction for years of use. It is not according to the box that shipped it.Haven’t had a chance to use it yet but it’s made very and what I would expect from All-CladHave not used product yet. Very well made - should work nicely on stove as well as in oven.The quality is amazing!! The turkeys was perfectly cooked, the price is worth itYep, it's a non-stick All-Clad pan as advertised.
