Perfect fit for me just the right size . Comfortable to hold not too heavy like it very much ..I bought this pan, along with the larger version, so I have been using it for several months every day. Easy to clean and slide food off on to the plate.The only disadvantage for some might be, when scooping up food with a spatula, the spatula slides up the side and food can spill over off a spatula.I don’t know what I did without this piece. It is so easy to clean. The weight on the pan is perfect & the handle is a good length.I love this pan!Had some all clad non stick skillets previously, tried this one. Was great for 4-5 months like your typical nonstick skillet. Used just for scrambled eggs and omelets, only using a silicone spatula. Was careful to not overheat the pan, never using high heat. Gently washed with a non abrasive sponge and light soap after allowing the pan to reach room temp. Always put the pan in the linen bag with the silicone insert, to protect the pan from anything else that might have been stacked on top. Even though I was successful in preventing any visible scratches, the pan is losing its non stick features. You can get similar performance for much less, in my opinion.This is a very high quality piece of cookware that is as essential part of every kitchen's basic inventory. This pot arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised. The packaging is very pleasing and protected the product well in transit. The pot arrived with a very nice cloth storage bag as well as a hot pad that has protected our counter tops and kitchen table.We have owned various pots and pans over the years that have been anywhere from middle of the range to very high quality brands such as Le Creuset and All Clad. The Abbio cookware meets and exceeds the quality of the highest rated brands out there. The handles are strong and very securely attached to the pot and aren't hot when picking up the product. It works on our induction stovetop and the capacity is perfect for our needs. Its easy to clean as well as nice to look at.We have also had an Abbio large nonstick skillet for a little over a year, which we've used almost daily. This pan still feels as solid and strong as the day we opened it from the box. We have maintained it as recommended by the brand and it looks as good as before any use - this speaks to the craftsmanship of Abbio cookware.Protip - I also discovered that Abbio has an excellent website. They offer recipes and cooking advice to be sure you are getting the most out of your kitchen experience. The instagram account is filled with cooking videos too, definitely worth a follow.Overall a must add to your kitchen! Five stars aren't enough.Doesn’t stick, fast even heat distribution, solid construction, easy clean up, oven and dishwasher safe. Highly recommended.I didn't use it because I saw after I ordered it, only silicone and rubber utensils should be used. I like to use stainless steel utensils. So, how is scratch resistant then? Sent it back and canceled the bigger skillet. My search continues for a nonstick stainless-steel skillet.I was one of those people that bought into the idea that a nonstick pan should be really cheap. I had heard it from atk and other websites. They were wrong. This pan is so durable, easy to clean, but the best part is even and fast heating. It heats up twice as fast as my old nonstick. Given that I have used it a lot since getting it, I know it will hold up 3 times longer than my all aluminum pans did that don’t work as well! This pan is a BARGIN for what you get. And no PFAS too!
